Our technicians are certified and have many years of experience. While we offer services on many large format printer, plotters, and scanners, our main focus is the HP Designjet line. We carry a large inventory of parts which makes our service fast. Our HP Designjet prices are as low as we can legally advertise, if you request a quote the price will likely be lower. Installed a Mimaki UCJV330-160 in Henderson, NV. The customer had an older Mimaki UCJV100 that had been down for a few weeks. They decided to order a new printer. We trailered it to them and installed it. They only needed training on using the built-in contour cutter. Everything went great and the customer is happy.

Installed a Mimaki UCJV330-160. The customer decided it was cheaper to purchase a printer than pay a company to make them. The customer has never used this type of printer so training was provided on how to print and cut and apply the high gloss that makes their stickers really pop. The customer was a fast learner and was happy with his purchase.

Worked on a Ioline marker plotter, the plotter would start plotting like normal, then the carriage started hitting the side of the plotter's wall causing the plotter to error out. Some worn parts were found and replaced. The Ioline marker plotter is up and running.

Worked on a Seiko Oki Color Painter M-64S today. The nozzle print shows the cyan channel is gone and some other colors are missing several nozzles. Inspection found a couple of pumps leaking and the caps are old. The pumps were replaced. We'll replace the caps next time, the cap station was adjusted to be a little more tighter. Also there was a 6112 system error being displayed.

Installed a new Mimaki UJV300DTF printer. This customer had bought a Chinese model from a trade show and was never able to get it to work. So they bought a Mimaki that comes with our awesome support. It was all up and running in 3 days. The stickers that this printer creates are very durable and can be applied on anything other than liquid. Contact us if you're interested in one.

Velocity marker plotter head is loosing connection. This is a common problem because the Velocity cartridge stalls plastic is thin. I upgraded both stalls to a thicker plastic HP cartridge stall. The customer is happy.
