- starting compensation is 16.00-18.00/hr depending on applied experience of any position

We are a growing company and do train if you have little experience with but we also have a schedule to keep, so please be ready to hit the ground running whether you are of little experience or have plenty of experience. Needing a well rounded maintenance tech as well as someone experienced with installation work.

**Valid drivers license and transportation to work is a must.**

Pay starts at 15.50/hr for maintenance and 16.50/hr for installation work with the proper skill set. Paid weekly.

Hiring landscape tech to train into project manager/crew leader for installations. Full time position with time and 1/2 overtime.

Must have:
- Valid driver's License
- Basic understanding of both installation and maintenance work
- Some experience driving trailers less than 14ft
- Positive attitude to add to our team.
- General knowledge of most hand tools (blower, trimmer, saws, etc)
- Communication

Compensation:
- $11.00/hr first two weeks
- $11.50/hr after that, raises given openly and freely after showing growth in skill, reliability, and trust worthiness.
- 401k equivalent after 6 months
- Quarterly professional Massages if no missed days of work (excluding days genuinely sick)
- Bonuses available when jobs completed on schedule.

Work detail:
Looking for someone that can, in time, lead his or her own crew. The work being completed is primarily in the sun, so ability to be in the heat is advisable.
Our team is full of positive minded, driven individuals, we will be adding someone of similar character/caliper. We never work in the rain. We mow and trim shrubs about 3 days a week currently, and install new landscapes 2 days a week. Options given to work extra hours on Saturday, but never forced.
