Remember, you earned it...

I've lost count how many times I have interviewed people who come into an interview unsure if they should be there.

Let's take it a step further. It is key to remember that companies hire because they have a need, and it's essential that you show them not only how you fulfill that need today, but how you will grow it tomorrow.

Managers tend to look at the immediate and the future or "potential" that candidates bring. This goes beyond the job requirements. This is where your hard skills meet your soft skills.
