After months of internal debate, WNBA Commissioner Cathy Engelbert still won’t put a definition of “woman” in writing — yet the league has ruled that Enes Kanter Freedom and Royce White are ineligible because they’re “men.”

A surreal moment:
Engelbert wrote that “only women are eligible to play in the WNBA, and the individuals you cite are both men.”

So she can identify a man instantly… but defining “woman” remains off‑limits.

Kanter Freedom summed it up:
“Cathy Engelbert cannot clearly define what a woman is, but she’s absolutely certain that I’m a man.”

HUGE enforcement action out of Trump’s DOJ.
Assistant AG Harmeet Dhillon just forced Instacart to pay $5 MILLION after investigators found the company rigged its hiring pipeline against American workers while giving foreign visa holders the advantage.

EVERY company is officially on notice. 👏🏻

From Dec 2023 to Feb 2026, Americans applying for these jobs were forced to MAIL paper applications, while visa workers applied online — a system DOJ says shut U.S. workers out of fair access.

Instacart must now pay $4M to affected Americans, $1M in penalties, and operate under a federal monitor.

This comes as the Trump administration has already SUSPENDED multiple firms’ PERM access for foreign‑labor sponsorship.

In today’s episode of “Democrats and Money That Isn’t Theirs,” Michael Perik — spouse of Rhode Island’s Democratic Party chair — has been indicted for allegedly swiping $20 million in community‑college funds. Apparently the scholarship program he believed in most was “funding himself.”
