Most students join robotics teams.

Few actually get to build the robot. 🤖

Big teams (30, 50 members) look great on paper. But only a handful touch the robot, write the code, or present to judges.

The rest just watch.

And colleges don't admit team names — they admit what you did.

Worse: girls on big teams get pushed into social media roles while boys take programming and CAD.

That's not fair. And it's not a strategy.
