Finished this built-in today.

Next week starts another big project which includes a fireplace/hearth/mantel, shiplap, and some painting.

Board and batten for the win, again! Completed in their dining room and really gave it some character.

Busy week!!

First half of the week I did a lime wash for a nursery. Such an (easy) way to make a statement! Second half of the week included a board and batten wall in a master bedroom and a half shiplap wall in the foyer. Love both of these options to add some awesome color and character to a room!

I took this week off because we had an out of town visitor and it was band camp week. My baby is a senior and drum major this year and I have always been the mom that volunteers as much time as I can to be there for my kids. Hockey, softball, and band!

A lot of people do not realize how darn hard these kids work. We have been under extreme heat warnings all week. They are outside a lot! They are sweaty, hot, and by now probably very tired. Monday through Friday 8am-5pm!! I couldn’t be more proud of them for their determination. They have absolutely rocked the week.

If you have a band kid or know one, support them with your whole heart. Tell them how remarkable they are. Cheer them on 🎉🎶❤️ They are absolutely amazing!

I have so many labors of love. This one was a surprise that my client and I totally pulled off 100%! Done while they were in Las Vegas on vacation so she wouldn’t know, I turned one wall of their bedroom into a cozy focal point.

I built out the wall using 2x2s to fit the depth of the fireplace. Framed that and the shelf out then laid 12’ shiplap horizontally. Added trim to the shelf and sprayed it with Emerald Urethane in High Hide White using my Graco 490 for a beautiful finish.

Finished this board and batton for a new client. They ❤️ it! I love it also!

SW Grizzle Grey (soft dark grey with a touch of brown) which was a perfect fit for her farmhouse decor style.

A few little jobs in the neighborhood 🛠️ Flooring and baseboards in a she-shed office, cabinets and shelving in the laundry room, and a shiplap wall in a bedroom/office.
