We may have saved the best for last! Our final Black History Month spotlight is Sheryl Underwood. After 2 years in the Air Force Reserves, Underwood became a major female powerhouse in comedy. In addition to her accomplishments in movies and TV shows, she owns and operates PRFFE, which helps to raise money for students at historically black colleges and universities.

Great geospatial intelligence starts with great training and a workforce ready to adapt. As threats evolve, so must the tools, knowledge and skills of the GEOINT workforce. Demand for geomatics professionals is high, but the supply of qualified candidates often lags. Experts recommend modernizing training programs and offering various levels of complexity to attract new learners.
