Responsibilities include:

·Provide general administrative and clerical support as well as multiple specific detailed accounting tasks such as billing and accounts receivables utilizing Quickbooks and one additional accounting software (Dovenet).

·Answer phones on a multi-line business phone system and converse with customers in a polite and friendly manner.

·Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person, with customer and internal departments/fellow co-workers.

·Have regular, reliable transportation to work each day and be able and willing to run company-related errands occasionally.

·Efficiently maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.

·Juggle multiple tasks with superb accuracy/focus/flexibility.

Qualifications:

· Superb written and verbal communication.

·Must be computer savvy and proficiently use Microsoft Office (word, excel, teams, outlook), Quickbooks and type 45+ words per minute.

·The applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

SMS Integration is seeking knowledgeable, experienced & outgoing camera/fire/security alarm system installers and service technicians.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

-Installation (hardware & programming) and service of: Security / Fire / CCTV / Access Control for both residential and commercial customers
-Sub-contract work also performed on a regular basis- various forms and procedures must be completed as instructed
-Customer Education/Training
-Troubleshoot and resolve complicated problems using all available resources appropriately, efficiently and most importantly- thoroughly
-Maintain inventory and ensure accuracy at cycle counts
-Paperwork management: service/install job notes, time sheet, etc.
Fire alarm system installation, programming & maintenance
CCTV installation, programming & maintenance (IP & Analog)
-New product research & familiarization

REQUIREMENTS

-Installation, programming & service experience with security/camera/fire alarm panels preferred.
-Experience preferred (Examples: Bosch, Honeywell, Fire-Lite, Flexibase, 2GIG, DSC, GE/Interlogix, Hikvision, Dahua, Total Connect, Alarm.com)
-Self-motivated, think outside the box, complicated trouble resolution skills
-Must pass national criminal background check
-Professional appearance and good communication skills
-Valid driver’s license with minimal infractions
-Rotating on-call schedule & occasional weekend availability is required
-Occasional over-night travel
