Why build a room you only use one way?

This client brought us in to design the AV and lighting around their new golf simulator. Mid-project, the better idea surfaced: turn it into a true multimedia space.

Now the room runs the sim, streams content on either screen, or syncs both for a shared viewing experience. Lighting scenes shift with the use case. Audio fills the room whether it’s a tee shot or a touchdown.

One space. Many ways to enjoy it. That’s how we think about every install.

Same room. Three different nights.
The Lutron Lumaris RGBTW LED accent system in this Metro Detroit theater runs the full spectrum, cove lighting and riser strips tied together, all programmed to scene. Red for action. Blue for drama. Whatever the room calls for.
Triad speakers. AudioControl amplification. Sony 4K laser projection. One button sets all of it.

When a golf simulator becomes part of the entire home experience.

This Foresight golf simulator room is fully integrated into the home’s smart automation system, allowing the projector and screen to display any video source in the house, including the simulator itself. Streaming music is always available, controls are simple and intuitive, and everything works together seamlessly rather than as separate systems.

RGB tunable white lighting transforms the room throughout the day. Bright, focused white light supports practice and performance, warmer tones create a relaxed atmosphere for entertaining, and subtle color adds personality when it is time to have fun. Lighting, video, music, and the simulator all respond together, making the space effortless to use and enjoyable in every mode.

Designed for an existing client we have proudly worked with for over eight years, this room reflects how thoughtful smart home integration can elevate both technology and everyday enjoyment.

A backyard built for connection.

We transformed this outdoor space into a full audio and video zone featuring a 75-inch TV with Apple TV as the source and a Da Vinci Group 4.1 speaker system powered by a Sonos Port. Everything runs through a Crestron Home system, giving the family seamless control of outdoor video and music from one intuitive app.

Their two existing Sonos zones are now fully integrated with Crestron, creating a single connected experience throughout the home. This is just the beginning. The system was designed as the foundation for their future basement build-out and next phase of smart home expansion.

Every great system starts with a foundation that can grow right along with the home.
