We're searching for an incredibly important addition to the RCG team: Director of Operations. This person will be in charge of all operations functions, in support of our Telecom Department as a Service® offering. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Management of all staff in Client Service roles (includes support, implementation, audit, and reporting)
• Process Improvement and Development across all operational areas
• Expand and develop KPI’s for Telecom Department as a Service® offering
• Manage RCG third-party relationships associated with Client Services
• Design and implement criteria for hiring/role creation within Client Services

This role requires a proven track-record and a minimum of 5-7 years of operational leadership experience in the telecom industry.

Under normal circumstances, we'd be together celebrating the one-year registration anniversary of our Telecom Contracting as a Service® offering. We were horrified to see the news of the bombing on Christmas morning here in Nashville. Our team is safe. There is still conflicting information, but we hope that the current status of zero fatalities stays true. The stories of Nashvillians impacted continue to grow. We stand with those who were injured. We stand with those in the area of the blast who experienced damage to, or worse, loss of their homes or businesses. We stand with the first responders, law enforcement, local and federal investigators, and everyone currently dealing with this senseless attack.

We also want to let our Clients know that there is a known impact on telecommunications services caused by the bombing. We are working all opened tickets, but do expect to have slower than normal information to pass along, due to the nature of the attack and the current investigations. 911 service outages are still being reported, and the below is a list of numbers published by State and Local Tennessee Authorities to call while they work to resolve this.
