Hello everyone, we are very excited to announce the go-live of our mobile app. You can get it at www.nxtgen-it.com, The purpose of the app is to allow clients to purchase packages or upgrade packages seamlessly, or future clients to be able to purchase an IT service plan without talking to a sales rep, to alleviate the pressure. there is not another IT company in Indiana that does this. We can also push announcements and update schedules to selected Clients and or all of them, also end-users can log tickets through our app as well (still working out some bugs on this feature, which will be updated shortly)

we have also launched a reworked website, that our web design team has worked extremely hard on.

2.We schedule a time to meet, and discuss your needs and wants that we can provide solutions for.
3. We can either build out a custom quote, or you can download our app, or go to our website
www.nxtgen-it.com and manually purchase the IT packages you choose. without ever talking to us.
There is not another IT company that offers this option. We have chosen this as an option to relieve the pressure off of the client feeling pressured on a sale. want the buy process of our services as stress free and streamlined as possible.
4. Once the purchase has been completed, We then meet and discuss expectations, and we set them out in a SLA contract.
5 We then schedule an onboarding date. and between the date of purchase we add our RMM, (our monitoring tool and update pusher)and RDP(to remote into your Pc) tool to your computers, and install a ticket creation link icon on the desktop so it is seamless to create a ticket.
6. If we are Managing your entire IT department, Onboarding times take a little bit longer, as there is a lot of transferring of information, between the Outgoing IT company and or department, to the new one.
4. Once the purchase has been completed, We then meet and discuss expectations, and we set them out in an SLA contract. of the client feeling pressure on a sale. want the buying process of our services as stress-free and streamlined as possible.
