3. We can either build out a custom quote, or you can download our app, or go to our website
www.nxtgen-it.com and manually purchase the IT packages you choose. without ever talking to us.
There is not another IT company that offers this option. We have chosen this as an option to relieve the pressure off of the client feeling pressured on a sale. want the buy process of our services as stress free and streamlined as possible.
4. Once the purchase has been completed, We then meet and discuss expectations, and we set them out in a SLA contract.
5 We then schedule an onboarding date. and between the date of purchase we add our RMM, (our monitoring tool and update pusher)and RDP(to remote into your Pc) tool to your computers, and install a ticket creation link icon on the desktop so it is seamless to create a ticket.
6. If we are Managing your entire IT department, Onboarding times take a little bit longer, as there is a lot of transferring of information, between the Outgoing IT company and or department, to the new one.
