Hi everyone, this last night our head technician at the Frackville store had some tragedy visited on his family and they had lost their entire home to fire. While they're working to help everyone get settled into some temporary housing we will be having unpredictable coverage at the store for a few days. Any repairs that are currently in progress or awaiting pickup will be temporarily unavailable and we'll reach out to anyone waiting in turn. Should you have any questions, you can still reach us via Messenger, and we will try to answer your questions as soon as we're able.

Health and Wellness Update:
We're happy to report that our technician has been discharged from the ICU and hospital and we will be working with him as much as possible to get caught up with existing repairs, returning calls and emails. Most importantly, we want to make sure they have sufficient recuperation time so that they may eventually be able to come back in full time at 100%.

Health and wellness update: unfortunately it appears that we will be closed for a few more days as our employees recover from a very infectious form of pneumonia.
In order to extend the benefit of not passing serious illnesses onto our customers we will be closed until our staff is released from the intensive Care ward.
We appreciate your understanding and patience and look forward to getting back into our normal routine in the near future! Thanks!

Our Frackville store will be closed September 9th through September 12th for a portion of the construction that will eventually lead us to the completion of our temporarily permanent renovations.

We can still offer support through Facebook Messenger or email for most questions or if you prefer voicemail we will be giving callbacks as soon as we're back in.

Phones/VOIP update:
While it seems VoIP.ms has gotten most of the DDoS attack under control, incoming calls to our stores are still spotty and may result in direct forwarding to voicemail.
𝙄𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙤𝙘𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙨, 𝙋𝙇𝙀𝘼𝙎𝙀 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙣𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙚'𝙡𝙡 𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙨 𝙨𝙤𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙨 𝙬𝙚'𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚. We can't return calls that don't leave a message or enough information (I. E. Phone number) so until VOIP.Ms resolves the issue, this is the best we can do since numbers cannot be ported out yet to any other service, although nearly all major service providers are susceptible to DDoS attacks to some extent.

Our work crew is performing some construction in our Frackville store starting Friday, Sept 24th that will keep our techs from working at the same time.
They will reopen at 12 PM on Wednesday, Sept 29th.
The VOIP provider is still suffering DDoS attacks and as a result our phone systems are still not operational. If you call in and just get a beep, please leave a message with contact information, or we can still be contacted via email or Facebook Messenger. Thank you!

Update 3 (9/20): the attackers responsible for taking down the three Nationwide VoIP providers is still at it and the providers are doing their best to try to mitigate the attack, but in the meantime that still leaves us without any phones and without any way to make some outgoing calls, we have however managed to somewhat restore incoming calls which will go directly to a cell phone. If that line is in use you will get a beep to leave a message but there will be no informational message prior to that beep. So please leave a voicemail and it will be forwarded to us immediately and we will be able to try to call you back as soon as we can. Thank you.

Update 2: both our VoIP company and several others are still under siege by DDOS attacks and as of such are still offline. We have incoming phone calls being forwarded to an emergency number so we can take limited incoming calls but as of yet cannot make outgoing calls.

Update: It appears VOIP.MS is currently suffering a DDOS attack. They're trying to sort it out now and get service back online.

A nationwide VOIP phone service has gone down, temporarily, we hope, which includes our entire phone system.
