The Pure Wave Telecom Team has completed our longest and largest long haul job to date! We started last July 2021 in Hondo TX, and finished 550 miles later in El Paso Texas on 8/31/2022, over 180 locations of 576 count and 864 count ribbon butt splices! By and large the most difficult job we've done. Thanks to my core team of splicers and testers! We're excited to be working from home for awhile!

Gotta love working in the West Texas dirt alongside the railroad! We're in the home stretch of this 550 Mile Long Haul route that began in Hondo Texas, it ends in El Paso. A little more than 100 miles to go. It's been a heck of a job. That "mountain" is Sierra Blanca!

We are a Local Fiber Optic Splicing company specializing in Outside Plant Fiber Optic Splicing.
We are hiring for the following positions.

(Experienced Fiber Optic Splicer) Must be familiar with all aspects of fiber optic cable, be able to trouble shoot fiber issues, use multiple types of test equipment, and work days, nights, weekends, emergency call outs, and travel.

(Fiber Optic Splicer Trainee) We will train the right candidate to do all of the above.

Both positions are demanding and require attention to detail.

All candidates must be able to do the following.
• Ability to drive and operate vehicles
• Ability to drive a truck and pull a trailer.
• Willingness to travel and work additional hours as needed to meet customer demands.
• Ability to work days, nights, overtime, weekends, and emergency call outs and in all types of weather
• Ability to provide reliable transportation
• Must be hard working and dependable
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work long hours if needed
• Ability to learn new things
• Ability to provide personal hand tools
• High School Diploma or GED
• No Felonies and must have clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check

We have several jobs ongoing and Need HELP NOW! We do work for many local Cable Company's and long-haul dark fiber Company's.

Great pay for qualified technicians, and great starting pay for trainees.

Pure Wave Telecom is back on the road for the 1st time since 2019. We just started our largest job to date. 550 miles of 576 count Fiber, splicing every 4 miles for a total of 192 splice locations. The job starts in Hondo Texas, outside of San Antonio and ends in El Paso Texas!
