I've spent 31 years building the opposite way: figure out who the client actually serves and what their customers are trying to decide — then design around that. No junior handoffs. No account manager between you and the person building your site.

My customers, River Ranch on the Brazos, just had their community Grand Opening this past weekend. My wife and I came by to check out the community and say hi. I showed up super early, right at 11 am, so I'm sad I missed many.

Working closely with them on this project and then seeing it person was a surreal moment. I have put a lot of time and effort into this project, and it's great to see it come to life!
