Usually, the conversation starts with:
“We do this manually right now, and it's driving me crazy.”
A lot of small businesses don't need more software.
They need the software they already use to work better together.
If you're copying information between systems, rebuilding the same spreadsheet every week, manually following up with customers, or doing repetitive work because “that's just how we've always done it,” there's probably a better way.
That's the kind of problem I like solving.
I help small businesses figure out where technology can remove repetitive work, connect the tools they already use, and build something custom when off-the-shelf software just doesn't fit.
That might be a simple automation that saves a few hours every week. It might be connecting two systems that don't talk to each other. Or it might be building an application around a process that's become too complicated for spreadsheets.
AI can be part of that too, but only when it actually makes the process better.
You don't need to know what technology you need before talking to me.
Those are usually my favorite problems to solve.
