I’m Natalie — the founder and designer behind the business, and I am so glad you’re here!

I come from a big, Italian family of entrepreneurs that has built and run a successful business for over fifty years. Their restaurant is rooted in tradition, community, and the belief that meaningful connection is at the heart of everything.

That legacy shaped everything in me. It taught me the value of hard work, the beauty of entrepreneurship, and the importance of building something meaningful – something that lasts.

Today, with over 10 years of industry experience, I carry those values into my work. I am so blessed to have the privilege of helping passionate founders bring their stories to life through thoughtful, timeless design.

Rachel is the brand and website copywriter for Caruso Creative – and she is also Natalie’s sister!

Rachel has a rich background in English, linguistics, and professional writing. (She is also an epic bookworm.) She adores helping founders find their brand voice so that they can effectively communicate their message to their dream clients.

Kelli is a certified SEO strategist on a mission to help small business owners get discovered online by their dream clients.

She loves being an entrepreneur herself and loves helping other women discover and embrace their bold dreams.

Timeless design, crafted with heart 🤍

Welcome to a new chapter of Caruso Creative - a boutique design studio, rooted in connection. We partner with visionary founders to build brand and website experiences that are created with heart and intention.

Through the years of creating brands for other small businesses, I realized something that was hard to admit: my own brand has never gotten the full attention that it truly deserves.

As business owners, we wear so many hats and always pour our hearts into work for our clients. It can feel like there’s never enough time to step back, really sit with our own brand story, and update our visuals to match.

That’s why I decided to partner with my friend Farrah at Everwest Design Studio. I knew that by looking at my business with a fresh set of eyes and collaborating on ideas, we could build something better than I would have done on my own. She knocked my vision out of the park and I am so excited to share it with you today.

I am so proud of this business I’ve built over the last six years. I’m beyond grateful for the friendships I’ve made and the ways I’ve grown - personally, professionally, and creatively. To call this my career is a dream.

In a world full of jobs that take from us and leave us exhausted, I am so humbled to say that mine has given me far more than it’s ever taken. Getting to use my creativity to serve fellow entrepreneurs — and doing so on a schedule that allows me the maximum time with my family — is truly a blessing.🤍
