Every PS5 pulls dust through the fan, and over time the liquid metal on the APU spreads out and leaves bare dry spots. Once that happens the console throttles, the fan ramps to full, and eventually it shuts down to protect itself. A full teardown, deep clean and fresh repaste brings it back - no board work needed in most cases.

We do this in-house, along with PS5 and Xbox HDMI port replacement, board-level microsoldering, and console diagnostics.
