Your flyer ain’t ugly. It just looks like everybody was allowed to have an opinion. 😭

The logo big as hell. Six different fonts fighting for custody. Every piece of information screaming at the exact same volume. Then somebody said “add a little more” and now we got a full visual altercation. 😂 Good design isn’t about how much you can fit on the page. It’s knowing what deserves attention first, what can whisper & what needs to shut the hell up completely.

Hayden Panettiere was one of those faces. Different roles, different shows, different chapters of life - and somehow, she was there for more than one of them. That’s what I wanted this tribute to hold. Not just the sadness of goodbye, but that strange feeling of looking at someone you watched growing up & realizing just how much life happened on your side of the screen too. The shows changed. We changed. Life moved. But the memories stayed. We grew up with you. 🕊️ Rest peacefully, Hayden Panettiere.

That’s what always made Nipsey Hussle different to me. He’s one of my favorite West Coast rappers, but what stuck with me went way beyond the music. Ownership. Purpose. Discipline. Thinking past the quick win & building something that could still speak for you when you weren’t in the room. That’s why I didn’t want his birthday tribute to feel like another picture with “Happy Birthday” across it. I wanted it to carry some of what made his presence so heavy in the first place. Years later, the records still play, the words still get quoted & the mindset is still showing up in what people are building for themselves. That kind of impact doesn’t disappear.
