I will be out of office September 28th through October 4th, 2026 for a much needed family vacation! 🤍

During this time:

• I will not be working on any orders. These days will not count toward my normal turnaround time.

• Order pickup will NOT be available while I am away. Please plan accordingly if you have an order that needs to be picked up.

• I will still be responding to messages as I am able, but response times may be slower than usual. I appreciate your patience while I enjoy some time away with my family!

Hello all! Just wanted to hop on here and give a quick update!

I am currently about 2 weeks behind on orders. I have been working on evenings and weekends to get caught up, but we have had several appointments the last couple of weeks that have required me to be away from the laser all day on several different days.

This is mainly affecting orders placed around the end of June and beginning of July. I apologize for any inconvenience. I will be offering 10% off your next purchase for anyone this affects🫶🏻
