🚨 WE’RE HIRING: FLEET MANAGER 🚨

SouthernTier Telecommunications is looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the equipment that keeps our fiber construction crews moving across the country.

This is a hands-on operations role supporting our HDD, underground construction, trucks, trailers, and field equipment.

Vermeer equipment experience is REQUIRED.

We’re looking for someone who understands:

Vermeer HDD equipment and supporting systems
Preventative maintenance and equipment readiness
Fleet utilization, tracking, and logistics
Repairs, parts, inspections, and downtime reduction
Supporting geographically dispersed construction operations

Experience in HDD, underground utilities, telecom, fiber construction, or heavy equipment operations is strongly preferred.

If you have 5+ years experience managing commercial fleets in the construction, utility, or telecommunications industries, we’d love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have experience with:
