What a day, holy mother of goodness.

Folks I DID NOT expect what happened today.

A few days ago we decided Sunday the 7th it would be pretty cool to do a Trade Day at the new shop; just to show y’all the before aspect of what’s to come later on this month with the new location.

I expected maybe 75-100 people would show up over the 7 hours we ran it, and that the vendors who stopped by would make a little money and done some solid trades.

WHAT HAPPENED WAS around 500’ish people flooded the store over the afternoon. We traded for and bought thousands of new cards, and every vendor in the room said what a phenomenal show it was.

Folks it wasn’t even supposed to be a show! But it turned into one, and aside from people not following the “Mark ordered 20 pizzas but it would be nice if everyone had some so please don’t take 5 pieces” rule, it was one of THE best experiences I’ve ever had owning Dynamo.

The support was unreal. Y’all came out and showed up and blew the doors off of our new store.

It’s real. This is really happening.

Today was, in my 5 1/2 years of owning Dynamo Collectibles, the single busiest day the shop has ever had.

Absolutely ridiculously.

My back hurts. I have a headache. I did 5 figures in steps. I haven’t eaten the dinner I ordered.

And it’s the BEST feeling EVER.

Check out some of the pickups we made today. This is the kind of heat you can only grab at Dynamo. Remember yesterday when I said all of Lee and Collier Counties are coming here for the best prices and trade credit? WEEEEEELP

We added about 500 value box cards, hundreds of binder cards, and the singles in the pics are only a TASTE of what we added to the showcases. You can’t beat our selection and prices and customer service.

Hey folks! We have a few spots for some local vendors if anyone would like to reach out.

Remember- this is a very small scale event. Essentially a mini card show combined with a “before” look of the new store.

Space is super limited. If I tell you we don’t have enough room anymore, I assure it’s only because we are trying to keep it relaxed and more of a really fun experience rather than a big card show-type ordeal.

I want this to be a ton of fun! So if you’re a local and I know/trust you, as well as your inventory is solid and not just retail sealed items, we’d love to showcase you as a part of our little event.

Again, space is VERY limited, so be understanding if we can’t accommodate you, but that doesn’t mean you can’t come! Remember it’s free entry 10-5, so regardless you’re in line for a fun day!

FOLKS! PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST FOR INFORMATION

We NEED cards in the $1 to $39 range really REALLY badly. We are going to be doing increased trade percentages on them until we move to the new store, so if you have huge amounts of them Dynamo will buy pretty much if not all of what you can bring in. No limit. No budget.

We will still have to be somewhat picky on badly conditioned cards, particularly from the Vintage or Mid Eras.

Go nuts and bring as many cards in that price range as you can and if we take them, we will convert it to more than our already insane trade percentage!

Bring them in ASAP!
