Sometimes businesses make themselves harder to buy from by trying to be helpful.
More services.
More packages.
More information.
More ways to get started.
The intention makes sense: give potential customers everything they might need to make a decision.
But there's a point where more choice becomes more work.
Your customers don't know your business the way you do. They shouldn't have to.
They usually just need to understand:
Is this for me?
Can you solve my problem?
What should I do next?
If your website makes those questions difficult to answer, adding more information may not be the solution.
Sometimes clarity comes from deciding what your customer doesn't need to know yet.
