This is only funny now because it’s been 3 YEARS since I posted this video 😂😭😭 (2023)

This is a PSA to look out for the athletes / friends that post dark humor… there’s usually something going on that they’re trying to mask or be tough about.

For me, I had a torn ACL, was having a terrible experience with my club, and had no certainty of an ACL surgery in my foreseeable future. I was down bad, as we call it - lol. I was getting professional help, and my family and friends supported me to keep my head above water. 🤍

It gets better! I’m always a message away if anyone reading this needs help or wants to talk.
