Had a focusrite Scarlett 2i4 come in the shop, customer said the usb would come on and off so it could not be recognized by pc. I removed abd replaced the usb port and she is working flawlessly. Drop a hit or like for me we also accept mail-ins . No need to wait 2 weeks get it done now
