Wireless Retail Sales Associate works with a team of sales experts to bringing the Metro by T-Mobile brand into the lives of every individual. They explore and qualify all customers for the best products and services Metro by T-Mobile has to offer. They build strong connections with our customers by recognizing their needs, educating them on new products and promotions, and recommending device and service solutions.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Build new relationships and grow existing ones with customers. Most customers buy from people they like, not just the lowest price.
Assist customers in finding the best phone and plan that fit their needs. We’re all about the customer. Great service creates return business. Return business puts more money in your pocket.
Stay informed. The more you know, the better you can serve your customer, and we already went over what the outcome of that is.
Troubleshooting. Customers count on you to fix their phone issues. We don’t just give the number to customer care. We show every customer that we care by fixing their issues. In return, they only deal with you… again, more money.
Close sales. Yeah, that’s a given.

Qualifications

Outgoing personality is crucial. We need someone confident in their communication skills. But we don’t just want a good speaker, we need you to listen well.
Customer service and sales experience will give you an upper hand, but it’s not required. We can teach you what you need to know.
Being tech savvy is also a plus, but as long as you’re a quick learner and willing to learn on your own, then we can make it work.
We need problem solvers -- sales in a nutshell is finding a problem and finding the solution to that problem. If you can do that, then you have what it takes to exceed goals.
High school degree or GED is required.

Looking for 16-18 year olds that would like to learn about the Cell phone industry. This position is part time internship that will turn into a paid position. 15-25 hours a week available. If you catch on quick and learn this could turn into a Full-time position.
