Amazon update: Seller Assistant is adding more connected workflows.

Amazon describes workflows for ongoing monitoring and routine tasks, with seller-defined guardrails and action logs. Its Selling Partner plugin also brings capabilities into Amazon Quick and, in beta, Claude. The plugin is initially available in beta for sellers in Amazon's US stores.

Amazon update: Seller Central is expanding beyond Amazon.

Amazon says its multichannel tools are rolling out gradually to sellers in the US store. The initial experience includes connecting eBay, Shopify, TikTok and Walmart, linking listings, viewing multichannel orders and sales, and arranging fulfilment.

Availability is gradual; do not assume every feature is enabled in your account.

Instead of “Why aren't sales growing?”, ask:

• Are the clicks coming from relevant searches?
• Do the title and images clearly explain the product?
• Are important buying questions answered?
• Does the offer make sense alongside the alternatives a shopper sees?
