That’s why most investors live in a constant cycle of chasing new opportunities.
New leads feel productive.
Old leads require discipline.
But some of my best deals have come from conversations that were months old.
Not because I had a better offer.
Not because I was a better negotiator.
Because I was still there when the timing finally made sense.
Follow-up rewards patience.
