Spectrum Construction works with all major wireless carriers, tower owners, regional suppliers, and state and local municipalities. Spectrum Construction has been involved in the construction of wireless communication projects ranging from single site builds to 300 site power-upgrade projects, and budgets in excess of 3 million dollars. Past and current clients include: Sprint, Nextel, IPCS, T-Mobile, AT&T, Metro PCS, Crown Castle, American Tower, and SBA Network Services.

Civil Technician Positions Available!

We do cool things like climb cellular towers, solve complex problems in the field for international companies like T-Mobile and AT&T, and we work outside in the sunny blue skies and the brisk winter air.

• The Tower Tech has successfully completed the following courses with proper documentation and certification: competent climber/rescue training, OSHA 10, First AID/CPR, and DOT Medical Card.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Demonstrate mastery of the skills required for independently and fully installing, wiring, and testing of all the various ground level components normally encountered on customer projects.
• Monitor the performance of other crew members for productivity, quality of work, adherence to customer specifications, and adherence to all company policies, procedures, and rules; take corrective action whenever necessary.
• Demonstrates proficiency while operating heavy machinery on construction sites
• The Crew Lead has successfully completed the following courses with proper documentation and certification: OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Leadership Training, RF Awareness, First AID/CPR, and DOT Medical Card.
• Must have personal skills including, but not limited to:
• Decision making skills, Problem solving skills, Communication skills, BTS Manager, Web EM Manager, Commissioning and Integrations
