Tech Tip Tuesday!
Here’s one we get all the time.
“Our Internet is slow.”
Last week we ran into just that.
The customer was paying for fast internet, but the WiFi simply wasn’t reaching where they needed it. Add in a large condo complex behind their home creating a lot of wireless congestion, things go frustrating pretty quickly.
The fix wasn’t upgrading their internet speed, it was installing a Wi-Fi system that was actually designed for their home.
One thing to remember, internet and Wi-FI are not the same thing.
Often the best upgrade isn’t a faster internet package, it’s better Wi-Fi.
Technology should make life easier.
