We don’t want ai controlling our workflows, we want to start by understanding the workflow without ai first.

What steps are involved?

Who is responsible for each part?

Where are things slowing down?

What information does the team need?

What parts of the process are repetitive?

Once we understand how the business actually works, we start looking at where ai can help. ai works better when it has context from the business instead of trying to create workflows without understanding them. The goal isn't to let ai run everything. The goal is to give ai the right context so it can actually help your business.

Have software that doesn’t pay for itself in your business?

As your business grows, you have to add software whenever a new need comes up. Now, you may have several tools doing similar things, tools don’t work well together, or subscriptions that require more seats than you use.

A CTO can help look at the bigger picture.

What software are you using?
Which do you need?
What’s overlapping?
What isn't being used?
What can we replace?

The goal is to understand what you have, what you need, and what is **actually helping** your business. That's where better technology decisions start.

The recommendation for new software tools (ai, ai, ai, ai...) isn't the best recommendation. Don't buy a new tool out of the box, discuss your needs with your personal CTO. Before adding another tool, take a look at what you already have.

Let's ask:
• What does this new tool actually give us?
• Do we already have something that does the same thing?
• Will it work with the software we already use?
• Will it actually make things easier for our team?
• Do we really need it?

Sometimes a new tool can solve a problem. Other times, it just adds another system for your team to manage. Have a free conversation with your personal CTO at thehappyhoody.com.

More software isn't always better. The right software is.
