โข Engage directly with international clients to gather requirements and understand project goals.
โข Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
โข Translate client needs into actionable tasks and project deliverables.
โข Define and manage project scopes, timelines, sprint planning, and deliverables.
โข Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UI/UX designers, and business analysts.
โข Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
โข Provide hands-on guidance in .NET, C #, and associated tech stacks when needed.
โข Review code to ensure adherence to clean coding practices, secure coding guidelines, and industry-standard architectures.
โข Ensure code quality through peer reviews, automated testing strategies, and static code analysis tools.
โข Oversee testing and QA processes to ensure bug-free deliveries.
โข Collaborate with QA teams to ensure all deliverables meet client and industry standards.
โข Lead and mentor development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
โข Conduct regular stand-ups, retrospectives, and performance evaluations.
โข Maintain detailed documentation for requirements, project plans, and delivery checklists.
โข Provide regular status reports to both internal stakeholders and clients.

๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ:
โข Minimum 12 years of experience in software development with project management exposure
โข Strong technical background in .NET, C #, ASP.NET, MVC, Web APIs, SQL Server, etc.
โข Demonstrated experience in managing international clients.
โข Proven track record of sprint planning, agile methodologies, and SCRUM practices
โข Hands-on experience in code reviews, CI/CD practices, and maintaining code quality standards
โข Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
โข Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
โข Experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Git, etc.
