We are looking a hard working and reliable candidate to fulfill duties listed below working on cell tower across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. Starting wage is $18 per hour without prior experience. Looking for someone who is interesting in learning.

Day to day activities include:

- Climbing
- Rigging
- Repairing Tower Lighting Systems
- Installation and Decommissioning Equipment
- Wiring and Mounting of Hardware
- Loading and Unloading Material, Supplies, and layout prep for work

Preferred Qualifications/ Ability to learn:

- Experience/Ability working at heights
- Basic use of hand Tools
- Able to follow directions to complete tasks
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Ability to work outdoors and and in all types of weather
- Ability to travel weekly/ Multiple overnights
- Must have high school diploma
- ***MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE***
- Driving record will be taken prior to hire

We are looking for 2 individuals for temporary labor position. The scope of work will be using a ditch witch, shovels, rakes, hoes etc. to install underground conduit to a depth of no more than 3' at communication structures. The work will require out of town travel to MI, IN & OH. Hotels, vehicles, materials and tools provided. You would be working with a foreman to ensure proper installation. $ 40.00 per day per deim is also provided. A clean and valid drivers license is required. Must be at least 21 years of age.
