Not every customer connection happens during normal business hours. What started as a standard service drop for Interstate All Battery Center required a little extra coordination because the new line needed to cross Karsch Boulevard. Our team secured the necessary MoDOT permit and completed the work at night while the Farmington Missouri Police Department temporarily closed the road so our crew could work safely.

The photos may be dark, but they offer a behind-the-scenes look at the planning, coordination, and fieldwork that can go into making a single connection possible. Thank you to our crew and the Farmington Police Department for helping the job go smoothly and safely!

Between homework, gaming, streaming and scrolling, it isn’t always easy to find a natural stopping point. ExperienceIQ in the Enable Wi‑Fi app gives families a simple way to create one. You can set internet schedules around bedtime or homework and pause access for selected profiles or devices when it’s time for dinner, a board game or a little time together.

It’s not about disconnecting all the time. It’s about making your home internet work around the routines that matter to your family.

If you haven't already downloaded or used ExperienceIQ yet, check out the feature and other tools available in the Enable Wi‑Fi app here: https://aptitudeinternet.com/home-guides

Household expenses are easier to manage when you know what to expect. So, here’s a reminder for our current customers: your Aptitude Internet rate isn’t an introductory offer waiting to expire. We don’t start you at one price and raise it after six or twelve months. Straightforward, predictable pricing has always been important to us.

And if you’re considering switching internet providers, remember to ask what the monthly price will be after the promotional period, not only what it costs to get started.

The best part of today’s office lunch was knowing it supported more than our team. We ordered from the Help the Hungry BBQ, which raises money for two local food pantries: the St. Vincent de Paul pantry at St. Joseph and the Farmington Ministerial Alliance pantry. Both help put food on the table for neighbors right here in our community.

Thank you to the volunteers who brought our lunches by today and to everyone whose work makes this fundraiser happen. We’re grateful we could take part, and glad to share a few faces behind the delivery and around our office today!

🔥 Three scorching wings. No drinks until time was up. A whole lot of brave challengers.

Apti-Wingz brought the heat to Discover Farmington's: Blues, Brews, & BBQ! Contestants stepped up throughout Friday and Saturday to take on three of our hottest sauces. And whether they left wearing a winner or loser shirt, every one of them gave us a show.

This video captures just a taste of the reactions, determination and instant regret we witnessed throughout the weekend.

Thank you to everyone who took the challenge, cheered from the sidelines or stopped by our booth. Farmington, you made this year’s Apti-Wingz Challenge one to remember!

⚠️ Help us protect our community’s connection. As copper scrap prices have increased, individuals have been cutting down Aptitude fiber lines under the mistaken belief that they contain valuable copper.

Our fiber-optic lines are made of glass. They contain no copper and have zero scrap value—but cutting them can cause service outages for homes and businesses throughout the area.

We are taking steps to help prevent further damage, but we also need our community’s help. If you notice suspicious activity around utility lines or Aptitude equipment—especially at night—please report it to your local police department. Do not approach or confront anyone.

If a crime appears to be in progress or there is an immediate danger, call 911. Otherwise, contact your local law enforcement agency through its non-emergency number.

Thank you for helping us protect the reliable local service our communities depend on.
