🌐 June is Internet Safety Month

From online banking and shopping to social media and remote work, we rely on the internet every day. That's why it's important to stay vigilant and protect your personal information.

Here are a few simple ways to improve your online safety:
🔒 Create strong, unique passwords for every account
📲 Enable multi-factor authentication whenever possible
⚠️ Be cautious of suspicious emails, texts, and links
🔄 Keep your software and devices updated
👥 Limit the personal information you share publicly

Internet safety is everyone's responsibility. By practicing good cybersecurity habits, we can help create a safer online experience for ourselves, our families, and our communities.

What online safety tip would you add to the list?

At TCG, we believe that learning, curiosity, and community go hand in hand.

That's why we're proud to sponsor the Farmington Community Library *Summer of Stories* program, an initiative designed to engage readers of all ages through reading challenges, educational activities, community events, and opportunities to explore new interests throughout the summer.

Whether it's a child discovering the joy of reading, a teen finding inspiration in a new genre, or an adult setting aside time to learn and grow, Summer of Stories creates meaningful opportunities for everyone to participate.

The Farmington Community Library continues to be an incredible resource for our community, providing access to knowledge, experiences, and programs that enrich lives year-round. We're honored to support a program that encourages literacy, lifelong learning, and stronger community connections.

We hope you'll join in the fun and make this summer one filled with great books, new experiences, and unforgettable stories.

📖 Happy reading, Farmington!

Most IT issues don’t start as emergencies. They start as small reminders that are easy to ignore.

Software updates, restart prompts, storage warnings — they all seem minor until something stops working, a system slows down, or a security issue appears.

Clicking “Remind Me Later” once may not seem like a big deal, but when updates are delayed for weeks or months, devices become more vulnerable to security risks and performance problems.

Preventive maintenance is usually much easier (and less expensive) than dealing with downtime after something breaks.

Most companies wait until technology completely fails before replacing it. The problem is, outdated hardware usually starts costing you long before it stops working.

Slow computers, random freezes, longer load times, and constant “quick fixes” quietly chip away at productivity every single day.

Over time, that means:
• Employees spending more time on routine tasks
• More interruptions and downtime
• Increased IT support costs
• Higher risk of security vulnerabilities and compatibility issues

Planning hardware upgrades before failure helps businesses avoid unexpected disruptions and budget more effectively instead of dealing with emergency replacements.

That’s why we provide biannual hardware reviews for our clients — helping them stay ahead of aging equipment and prepare for future technology investments before problems impact operations.
