Full Job Description

Boost Mobile is currently looking for a Retail Salesperson to sell and service wireless phones, accessories, and service-based technology products in a high-traffic environment.

If you are a money-driven, self-motivated, dependable individual who wants to create a dynamic, high-performance sales team, we are looking for you! Wireless experience preferred. We will train the right person.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

❏ Consult customers based upon their wireless service needs
❏ Maximize transactions selling wireless products and services to new and existing customers
❏ Successfully achieve business and personal sales goals
❏ Ability to thrive in an environment of constant change

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing and customer-focused sales associate to join the Boost Mobile team!

The Sales Associate is a tech savvy and friendly, driven individual who expertly uses sales techniques to guide customers toward their phone and accessory needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Consult with new and existing customers in order to determine their wireless service needs.
-Maintain integrity of store operating procedures to include: opening, closing, inventory, point of sale paperwork/record keeping, cash management, maintaining store standards/appearance in merchandising, backroom, restroom and work area.
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Handles all customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
-Ability to function independently as well as be a team player.
-Directly responsible for ensuring sales accuracy of daily cash drawer and sales accuracy with customers.

REQUIREMENTS:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Experience in retail sales and customer service (preferred)
-Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Strong verbal and communication skills.
-Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
-Available for a flexible retail work schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
