For our panel next week, we have experts from other companies joining us, and some of our own team members sharing their experience too.

This includes our President, Michael Greco, who started FUSE3 in 1997. Since then, he has spent years supporting construction companies across Northern California and seen firsthand what it takes for them to grow without their technology holding them back. He has also scaled FUSE3 itself into a team of over 30 people, so he knows what growth looks like from the inside, from automations and operations to keeping everything secure along the way.

Built to Scale, our Construction Technology Forum, is next week, and we'd love for you to bring your network with you.

This is FUSE3's 4th annual event and our first built specifically for construction. It's a free half-day for Northern California construction leaders who want to grow without their systems, security, or teams falling behind. James LoVecchio II opens with a keynote on AI and governance, covering how to put AI to work across your teams while keeping company data protected. Craig Hettrich of The Hettrich Group follows with a leadership keynote drawn from his work helping some of Sacramento's fastest-growing companies build stronger organizations.

After a barbeque lunch, Tracy Rogers, Kevin Pellegrino, and Michael Greco sit down for a panel on modernizing and scaling construction companies, with open Q&A, and the day wraps with time to connect.

Know someone in architecture, engineering, or construction who's working through growth, new technology, or security questions right now? Tag them or send this their way.

Join us Thursday, October 22, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at SRBX in Sacramento. It’s free to attend, and lunch is included.

We want to share a little more about one of the panelists joining us at our Construction Technology Forum - Built to Scale!

Tracy Rogers brings more than 30 years of experience using technology and strategic partnerships to improve business operations. She started her career in oil and gas exploration, back when thermal faxes and Novell networks were the industry standard. As personal computers, networking, and business software evolved, she pushed for the systems and software that made her company run more efficiently. As Executive Vice President, she built partnerships with proprietary software developers and a third-party IT company so the organization had the technology and expertise it needed to grow.

Today, Tracy is the Operations and Payroll Compliance Manager at J D Pasquetti Engineering, a heavy civil construction firm, where she continues to focus on how technology improves efficiency, security, and day-to-day operations. She keeps technology partnerships at the center of how the company grows.

She'll join Michael Greco and Kevin Pellegrino on the Modernizing and Scaling Construction Companies panel. If you're deciding what technology your construction business needs next, and who to trust with it, register for our free forum to learn from her experience. https://www.fusethree.com/event/construction-technology-forum/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social_content&utm_campaign=october_2026

Yesterday we shared a little about what James is covering in his keynote session for our Construction Technology Forum, Built to Scale. Today we want to share a little more about him!

James LoVecchio II, CISSP, is a member of the FUSE3 leadership team and leads the firm’s cybersecurity practice. He brings 28 years of experience across information technology and business operations, including more than 14 years working with construction companies. That experience has shaped a clear philosophy: cybersecurity is a business decision, not just an IT decision.

James works with owners and executives to understand where their real risks are, what those risks mean to the business, and which ones actually require action. His approach goes beyond checklists and technical controls, with an emphasis on practical security decisions that reflect how the business actually operates.

If you want to keep your construction business safe and growing with technology, James has the experience to help you find the path forward. Construction companies are finding new ways to use AI across their businesses, from estimating and project planning to documentation, communication, and everyday operations.

But just as you wouldn't start a construction project without plans, defined responsibilities, and quality checks, adopting AI requires some groundwork.

In "AI and Governance" we'll explore how the principles that make construction projects successful also apply to AI: thoughtful planning, clear expectations, accountability, and the right safeguards at the right time.

This session will move beyond the hype and focus on the practical decisions construction leaders face as AI becomes part of their operations. We'll discuss where AI creates real opportunities, what can go wrong when it's used without oversight, how to protect sensitive business information, and why human judgment remains essential.

The goal isn't to discourage AI adoption or bury businesses in policies. It's to help leaders understand how to put reasonable guardrails in place so their teams can experiment, innovate, and take advantage of AI without introducing unnecessary risk.

For the panel at our Construction Technology Forum, we have the honor of welcoming Tracy Rogers, Kevin Pellegrino, and our very own Michael Greco.

Tracy Rogers is Operations and Payroll Compliance Manager at J D Pasquetti Engineering and brings 30 years of technology adoption experience from oil and gas and heavy civil. She knows what it takes to get crews, PMs, and office staff to adopt a new way of working, and how to decide which tools are worth the change.

Kevin Pellegrino is Executive Director of the Sacramento Regional Builders Exchange, and brings experience from HP and years of leading trade associations. His work puts him in the room with contractors across the region every week, and he has a clear view of how firms are hiring, bidding, and growing right now.

Michael Greco founded FUSE3 in 1997 and has spent nearly three decades helping Northern California AEC firms set up technology that holds up as they add people, projects, and locations.

Together they'll take on Modernizing and Scaling Construction Companies: how to grow without the back office falling behind the field, where technology earns its place and where it slows you down, and how to bring your people with you. Bring your questions. The panel closes with open audience Q&A!

Interested in joining us? It is on Thursday, October 22 at SRBX in Sacramento.
Free to attend and lunch is included. Register here: https://www.fusethree.com/event/construction-technology-forum/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social_content&utm_campaign=october_2026

Curious what you'll walk away with at Built to Scale?

Here's some of what we'll be covering at our Construction Technology Forum:

- How AI is already being used inside AEC companies, and how to set simple rules so your team can use it without putting bids, financials, or employee data at risk

- What it takes to build a leadership team that keeps the business moving when you're not in every decision

- What construction leaders across the Sacramento region are facing right now, and how other firms are handling it

- How a heavy civil firm decides which technology is worth adopting, and how to keep systems secure as the company grows

It's free, includes a barbecue lunch, and wraps with time to connect with peers working through the same questions.

Want to come and learn with us? It will be on Thursday, October 22 at SRBX in Sacramento. Register via the link in the comments!
