Made a custom light harness for a REVV1 DRT running a FarDriver controller.

Since the FarDriver setup doesn’t use the factory wiring the same way, I built a custom harness to get the lights working properly with the new controller setup.

Everything was wired, routed, and cleaned up to keep the install looking as close to factory as possible.

Brought this Super73 ZX back to life.

It came in needing some love, so I got it set up with a new battery, FarDriver controller, and a full tune-up. After getting everything installed and dialed in, it’s now pushing 1,600W with a top speed of 35 MPH.

At Panda’s Workshop, i work on all types of custom e-bike setups, upgrades, wiring, and tuning.

For this build, I upgraded the hub motor to a QS205 3T. Getting it to fit took some custom work — I had to modify the original torque arms to fit the larger axle, figure out the correct wheel spacing, and get the brake rotor and caliper lined up properly.

Not every motor swap is possible on every bike, but we always take a look at the setup and see what we can make work.

Definitely a big upgrade from the old motor. The QS205 3T completely changed the setup and gives this bike a lot more power to work with.

Motor Goat V3 controller swap 🔧

Swapped out the stock controller for a **Fardriver controller** and got this thing pushing **5,000W**.

A simple controller upgrade makes a big difference when you get the setup tuned right. More power, better control, and way more potential out of the Motor Goat V3.

SX500 build coming out of the Panda workshop.

72V 44Ah battery, Fardriver controller, and a powertrain setup pushing up to 30,000W.

This is what we do at the workshop — taking these Razor platforms and turning them into something completely different. Custom power setups, Fardriver tuning, suspension upgrades, and getting everything working together the right way.
