Do not click on it. If you click on it, then your web browser will automatically attempt to launch the malicous file.

INSTEAD, Visit your downloads folder. Delete the file that just downloaded. It will be dated with the current date.

VERIFY with the sender that it's a legitimate email. Check if whomever actually sent the email and whether or not it is legitimate.

VERIFYx2 with the sender that they know where they got the email from if this is a forwarded Message.

OPTIONALLY, you can click on the little folder next to the description of the downloaded file to be taken straight to the Downloads folder of your machine.
