The average home security alarm takes *36+ minutes for help to arrive. Not because responders are slow, because the system is broken before they even get the call. Up to 98% of alarm activations are false, so when a real emergency happens, it’s competing with a flood of noise. Dispatchers often don’t have enough information to prioritize it, and confirming it’s real can mean a chain of callbacks before anyone’s even sent.
That’s the gap we are trying to close. One press connects your DIRECTLY to 911. There’s no monitoring center, no back and forth. Live video and audio so responders know exactly what’s happening from the first second.

***36 minute response time stat is based on research cited by RapidSOS | Public Safety AI drawing on data from Harvard University on home security response times.
