Some cable customers at the Mobile Home Park in Esparto are currently experiencing a service outage. Our technical team is on-site, diagnosing and repairing the issue.

At this time, we estimate service will be restored by 10pm tonight.

📣 Important Network Update & Thank You to Our Customers 💙

We sincerely thank you for your continued patience and understanding during our recent cable modem system upgrade. While this upgrade is a major step forward for our network, we recognize that the transition has caused unexpected performance issues for some customers due to:

• The need to replace older modems
• Firmware upgrades on existing equipment
• A programming error that was identified today

Our team has been working around the clock to correct these issues as quickly as possible. We’re happy to share that we are now in the final stages of resolution. ✅

🔌 One final system-wide modem restart will take place late this evening to fully correct today’s programming error. If your modem does not automatically restart, please unplug it for 3 minutes in the morning.
🔧 We will also be completing the last remaining modem replacements next week.

👉 If you are still experiencing any problems after tomorrow, please reach out to us right away so we can address your account directly and make it right.

Because we can’t always match Facebook profile names to customer accounts, we often don’t know you’re having a problem unless you contact us directly.
