We had a great time serving as the Putting Contest Sponsor at the AGC Build San Diego Golf Tournament, connecting with industry partners and enjoying a beautiful day on the course.

Events like these are a reminder that some of the best business relationships are built outside the office.

Not every week looks like this. 👀

Last week, we got the opportunity to join the Women’s Construction Coalition for a shop tour of California Sheet Metal and walked away with a whole new appreciation for the craft. 🙌

We got an up-close look at the different types of sheet metal, the machines driving the work, and the precision it takes to create pieces that fit together perfectly. Work that would be incredibly challenging to achieve by hand.

It was also incredible to see women playing key roles on the architecture and design side of these projects. Thank you WCC and California Sheet Metal Works Inc. for having us!

Last Friday, some of the Hoopsters were out at the ASA Sporting Clay Event, enjoying a great (and very warm) day at the Lemon Grove Gun Club. ☀️

They were geared up and ready to take on the clay… 😅 And while they didn’t take home the win, they definitely showed up and had a lot of fun doing it.

White Elephant gifts were exchanged, laughs were nonstop, and the competition got just a little intense 🎁😂

Our team had so much fun celebrating the season together. From unexpected steals to questionable gift choices (and yes, Melissa is still a little bitter about everyone stealing her scratchers 😅), it was the perfect reminder that great work happens when you also make time to enjoy each other’s company. Grateful for a team that brings humor, energy, and holiday spirit to everything we do.
