A statement regarding the Tariffs that go into effect this month:
In light of the current administration levying tariffs against US trading partners such as China, Canada, and Mexico, we will be forced to restrict all pricing quotes to 48 hours validity until further notice.
I have strived to give the best pricing and quality when possible and that is thanks to our large supplier network. I utilize several partners in Mexico, China, and Canada that offer amazing work and value, as well as domestic partners who import undecorated and finished products into the US from Mexico, Canada, or Chinese facilities. All of these products are now subject to additional charges.
Additionally, much of the paper that the printing industry relies on to function originates in Canada or utilizes Canadian wood to be produced.
I hope that these tariffs will be limited, but due to uncertainty these steps must be taken to better protect both our business as well as our customers from market price variations. Our partner company at Howling Print & Promo has issued a similar statement and we do not maintain each other's price structures or all of the same suppliers. His quotes will reflect his costs to provide services to new incoming clients if this continues on into Summer when I need him to start taking on work for me.
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:
* Pricing will be removed from our website this week.
* If market prices change we will no longer be able to honor past advertised pricing or discounts.
* Reorders will be subject to market pricing.
* Special event sponsorship pricing will be affected.
* Current quotes and prices will be honored until they expire.
* All imported orders will be subject to the additional tariffs and fees and will be included in the cost of the order.

I know it's been awhile since I've directly posted on this page. This week some of you will be receiving phone calls about your client files with us. Emunah Graphics has been in operation since 2016 along with its DBA Warp Speed Printing that has been operating since 2019. Between the two entities we've amassed quite a lot of digital files from many clients, some of whom we've not done anything for in years. It's been our policy to back everything up to an external hard drive, our internal hard drive, and Google drive as redundancies in case something wiped out one or the other. This also allows us to keep files in case you lose copies of yours. In an effort to reduce space on our drives I need to do a purge of inactive/dormant clients. Those of you that receive a phone call will be offered copies of your old files one-time sent via email. You will need to save and store them in a safe place as I'll no longer have copies of them after that point.

**IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING YOUR FILES WITH US**
A client called me yesterday in an absolute panic. His laptop had crashed and along with it went all of his logo files and formats. We had designed his logo for him several years ago and he still prints with us. He wanted to know if we still had copies of his logo and how much it would be to get them.
I want to make it very clear that IF you have paid us to do any sort of layout work, logo design, file changes, etc... those files are yours. Maybe if you lose them 50 times a year I'll charge you for the phone call but never the files! Your artwork is never a hostage with us.
Additionally, I save every file ever given to us by paying clients on an external 4TB and on Google Drive. This will continue until we max out our drive spaces and then contact long term inactive clients to inform them about removing their files. Should I retire, sell the business, or decide to close I will very much be keeping the social media pages and GMAIL email listed (long after any websites go dark) along with keeping up the Google Drive at my own expense for several years after any last day. This is for the same "just in case" moments the client faced yesterday when his laptop crashed. Working with us needs to include a peace of mind along with a good customer service experience. It's the small things that set this business apart from any other web-based print service out there. We are automatically providing free backups of your work.

Those of you who do business with us under Warp Speed Printing and use Square yourselves might have seen the GIANT middle finger email they sent out about refunds on processing fees. They won't give them back in the unlikelihood we have to issue a refund. Their solution is to basically tell merchants to go "crying" to their customers about getting a store credit or accepting it as a reality. Why should this be our clients faults? Several processors are now keeping fees, and we hope it becomes illegal to do so, but Warp Speed Printing won't participate in this. In the rare event we owe you money back you don't want as a future credit, we will issue the refund via Square (if that's how you paid) and send you a paper check for the difference. Even if it costs more for the stamp than we owe you. We will offer this as a resolution and you can choose to lose the fee or recoup it with us in that way. Just more ways for a bigger business industry to try and squash small businesses by putting the blame and losses onto us.

We're excited to be reaching out to you, as it's probably been a while since we last spoke. Lots of changes have happened since then. We've fully transitioned to the Warp Speed Printing branding and left our old name behind as just the parent company. So, what does this mean?
Like many companies across the country, due to the pandemic, we began working remotely (but still in Dayton, OH), allowing us to keep our prices competitive. All our orders are now conveniently shipped directly to your home or business in the Continental USA.
In 2020, we hired a new graphic designer, Alice Berry, and we continue to offer high-quality graphic design and layout services.
Now that we're digital-based, we are equipped to handle much larger orders in a more streamlined fashion. We added custom enamel pins, awards products, and special event and tradeshow services. For high-volume orders, we've partnered with reputable factories overseas and now offer more than 20,000 different products with custom manufacturing capabilities.
We no longer offer commercial sign and graphics installation and website design.

If you use our website you're going to notice some changes. We updated all of the pricing on it to reflect the new pricing heading into 2023. That pricing is effective immediately on all new orders. Reorders will maintain the 2022 pricing until December 30, 2022. Our basic layout cost to help with your designs is $40, complex/larger layouts $70 per hour, our basic logo design is now starting at $1000, and our logo packages that include branding guides are now starting at $2000. We are completely discontinuing our website building services at this time.
Ordering from China:
As we are not using hit/miss factories from AliExpress, Alibaba, or other foreign ordering websites we will not address requests to chase their level of pricing or matching. We are a registered importer for goods and are subject to the new 8% tariff hikes, Wayfair 2018 tax charging ruling for orders going out of our home state, and international money processing fees. We are continuing to absorb state taxes out of the cost of goods but cannot do that and the 8% import hike and processing. We will be adding 8% to all reorders and new orders as well as processing charges. Shipping will be reflected separately on estimates and invoices according to the methods used. This way our clients can see exactly how their money is being spent overseas. We maintain a HIGHER level of quality, quality control, and customer service than taking a chance at going direct and our price is our price. We're a small minority owned business and if a few extra cents in cost send you elsewhere, so be it. We pay our helpers and designer well above current hourly trends and we treat our suppliers well and have formed good solid relationships with our supply lines to do best by them and our clients. By refusing to price match or compromise, we can ensure the highest quality of items and work from our staff and suppliers. We look forward to working with everyone for years to come.
