We're happy to report that our team survived Hurricane Ian and has already begun the process of helping critical business customers get back online so our community can start to recover!

Our office has some minor damage due to roof leaks, but all our critical systems are hosted in the cloud and remain operational.

We should be able to begin assisting customers on Monday. At this time, we ask that you please do not bring computers into our office unless we determine it's necessary, as we have limited space right now due to damaged areas that need repair. We also ask that you refrain from coming in to the office without an appointment for the time being. We will be prioritizing assistance to our business contract customers first, and will then begin triaging all other tickets as soon as we are able. At this time, we will not necessarily have anyone at the office at any given time as we work out in the field to help everyone get back online as quickly as possible.

Help us help you! The best way to request assistance and make sure your request doesn't slip through the cracks is to utilize our ticket system by emailing us your request to [email protected] or submitting your request on our website at www.englewoodtech.com. If you're unable to do either of these options, our system also accepts text messages to our regular business phone number, 941.475.5200, but it is not as efficient for us, so please use that only if needed. Lastly, you can call and leave a voicemail, but please understand this will result in the slowest response as it adds an additional delay until someone can review your message and then manually open a ticket on your behalf.
