For over 3 years Brandon worked for Geek Squad repairing PC's and Laptop's and moved on to work for Level (3) Communications in Broomfield, Colorado in the Telecommunication field. Brandon also attended ITT-Tech in Aurora, Colorado majoring in Computer Engineering and Network Administrations for over 3 years. In 2013, PC Laptop Repair became officially registered with the State of Colorado as a Limited Liability Company and proudly got the title PC Laptop Repair LLC. In April 2014 we opened up our first shop in Englewood, Colorado. We drive to bring you the best and most affordable Tech Support on the market and hope to build a future relationship with our customers that will in time prove to be mutually beneficial.

Comcast is experiencing a nationwide outage on Monday that's affecting thousands of its television and Internet customers. Comcast says the outages are in Chicago, Seattle, Denver, Houston, Portland, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York, Minneapolis, and Washington.

So we have been getting a lot of questions about Windows 10, what it will look like? When will it be released? Is it Stable? We are going to answer a few of them now and if you have more you can post them in the comments and we will answer them.

FAQ of Windows 10:

Q: When will it be released?
A: Microsoft has not yet announced the official release date but we expect to see it sometime in May or June of 2015 but that can change.

Q: Should I buy a new laptop now or wait for Windows 10?
A: Microsoft announced that all devices running Windows 8.1 will be able to upgrade to Windows 10 within the first year for free. After the first year all Windows 7 Devices will be eligible to upgrade to windows 10 for free as well. So you are safe to buy a new laptop today.

Q: I hate Windows 8 and love Windows 7, will I hate or love Windows 10?
A: Microsoft announced that the "Start Menu" will be returning to Windows 10 which was one of the biggest complaints about Windows 8. Windows 10's start menu is still a little different than Windows 7's start menu but we feel users will be much happier with the new one. Other than that Microsoft is working hard to fix all the complaints it had with Windows 8. You can think of Windows 10 as Windows 7 & 8 Combined.

Q: Is it Stable like Windows 7?
A: From what most people have seen from the Technical Preview that Microsoft released last year is that Windows 10 seems to run smooth and is user friendly. Errors and mistakes are sure to come up in the release of any new Operation System, the best thing you can do as a user is run your updates from Microsoft.

Q: Do I have to upgrade once it is released?
A: No, We recommend waiting at least a month after it has been released to upgrade to Windows 10. This will give Microsoft the time they need to fix any major issues with the new release and won't put a bad taste in your mouth.

Q: I don't like change when will I have to upgrade to 10?
A: For Windows 7 users you will have a good 2-4 Years before you must upgrade to Windows 10 keep up with current software and programs. For Windows 8 Users you will have a good 2-5 years before you must move up to Windows 10
