Important Notice:

Starting in 2023, we will be requiring all clients to have our remote management tool installed. Only clients with the RMM tool can still enjoy free phone and remote support for under 10 minutes. If you do not have the RMM tool installed, you will be billed a half hour minimum for any kind of support other than email, regardless of the session length.

The RMM tool is not just for remote support, but it also helps us to ensure your computers are kept current and helps us to know if you have any other issues on your pc. Without this tool, we have no idea if you have potential problems coming, or if your computer is out of date on critical security patches.

This tool will give us vital information to assist in troubleshooting your problems faster. It will also allow us to integrate other software to further save time. It helps keep your bills down and reduces time needed to support you.

Over time it will no longer be safe to use on the internet, programs will not install, and other critical functions will fail.

Important!

There has been a major problem developing with supplies. CPU chips are not the only ones, however, they are the center of nearly every device we use (cars, pc's, phones, appliances). The shortages are creating a huge strain on product availability. Chip manufacturers think the problem will last into 2023!

Not only are supplies going down, but prices are shooting up. This is the law of supply and demand and it's becoming as big a problem as the shortages themselves. The longer you wait to purchase your electronic device, the more you will pay for it.

We are not trying to push sales here, we're just trying to let you know that your options are getting smaller while the price is getting bigger.

This is to say that if you are looking for a new gadget that has a semiconductor in it, don't wait for Christmas, they may not be there and if they are bring a bigger wallet. :)
