Poetry in the Park is growing into something I’ve always dreamed of—but never imagined I could galvanize enough people to actually make happen.

As an artist, I’ve always wanted a platform where I could share my art with an audience that could connect, interact and genuinely support. To now be in a position where I’m helping create that platform for other artists—in such a short amount of time—feels incredible.

But what means even more to me are the relationships we’re fostering and the community we’re building.

And MY TEAM?! BONKERS!!! 😂❤️

My wife Jodi—from handling the smallest details to literally helping me build a stage in under a week.

Yvonne—for managing an amazing volunteer crew and helping keep everything moving.

My sisters Chere & Jailyn and my son Cairo —for constantly filling the gaps wherever they’re needed.

And all of our FRIENDS who continue showing up, working, supporting and helping us create such an organized, welcoming and loving environment for every person who walks through those gates.
