We have a table with BlueMoon Books,

BlueMoon Books has a booth at Wisner Park, Elmira NY, the park is downtown Elmira, coner of North Main Street and Church st., and Gray Street, come check them out.

We are there every Wednesday from 10am - 2pm. The event is rain or shine, depending on the weather if a light rain we will be there.

They have books, gifts and collectibles.

We had a great turn out last week.

The event goes from June 4 - September 24 every Wednesday.

We had teamed up with our Full Bookstore site, BlueMoon Books, since the summer of 2022, we have our own Marketplace shop on BlueMoon Books site. When ordering from our Marketplace shop on BlueMoon Books, we ship our books to you, we are also in charge of our own pricing.

So please head to our shop to order our books / ebooks.

Our Publishing site is still active, and being redesigned as well. As Our publishing site, will be only for our Author's, and Booksellers to order from.

For our customers that had order in the past, please use our New Marketplace shop at BlueMoon Books site.

After 22 years in the publishing industry, we are making large changes to our publishing site.

Announcement we have some News for our followers here on FB.

We have separated our publishing site into 2 parts.

1) This site is for our online store located at https://www.dragoneyepublishers.com/
As we are still in the process of creating a Brand new Site for our Books that we Publish. So people will know, which site they are on.

2) We have a Brand New Site we just created for our Publishing with us. Located at https://dragoneye-publishing.com/ as we are still working on finalizing this site.

We are also going to have several other separate sites as well.

Our Author's will have there own separate ordering site for there books as well.

As a Book Publisher, we Publish Books, and we have an Online store to sell our authors' books. Also being a Book Publisher we also Print books up in house, which makes us a Printing Service as well.

Prices are only given to writers when they contact us.

As every book publishing job has it's own price. So we do not list prices for publishing books.

Baker & Taylor is leaving as a Wholesaler to Retailer.

Here, IBPA reflects on what Baker & Taylor's exit from the retail wholesale market means for independent publishers.
(Manhattan Beach, CA - May 6, 2019) -- On May 1, 2019, Baker & Taylor announced it will close its retail wholesale business as of July 15, 2019. Leaving aside Bookazine, this leaves only one major wholesaler to sell books to retail bookstores across the US: Ingram Book Company. While Ingram Content Group, the overall entity that carries the Ingram Book Company brand, is a reputable family-owned business, the fact that they will stand as the only major wholesaler is still problematic.

As the representative of over 3,100 independent publishers, it is important for the Independent Book Publishers Association (IBPA) to consider what Baker & Taylor’s exit from the retail wholesale space will mean to our members moving forward. Let’s consider the following.

We been a Seller on Amazon since the summer of 2009.

Being a Amazon Seller – In Amazon Seller MarketPlace ( Basic and Pro)

1) We just received an email from Amazon Seller Marketplace, about their changes taking place on June 1, 2019. Since 2009 we had been a seller on Amazon.com Marketplace. We are now going to end being a seller. As Amazon is now going to start charging Tax on top of Tax. Along with charging tax on their fees that they charge sellers to sell on their sites, now there will be extra charges, on top of regular charges. So, we will no longer be listed as a seller for our books on Amazon to beat their prices to get people to buy from us.

Fee Amazon regular fees that they was charging sellers, was $4.50 for a $9.00 sell price for an item…. Per item sold.

Now extra fee will be added to that $4.50…. As of June 1, 2019

Selling on Amazon Extra fees to sellers (based on your business location):
• Referral Fee
• Subscription Fee
• Variable Closing Fee
• Per-item Fee
• Promotion & Merchandising Fee
• Refund commission Fee
• Checkout by Amazon Fee - if you have on personal website)
• Sales Tax Collection Fee

To be an Amazon Vendor. As this will effect wholesalers that places Inventory at Amazon warehouses.

2) To be a Vendor, where amazon buys from the sell / Wholesaler, to place inventory in their warehouses. Amazon charges $100 to the vendor, to set up an Account per year. We were going to setup an account to be a vendor… But not now. As for the fees and tax they are now going to charge extra for. As of June 1, 2019.

For Amazon Vendors that sells to Amazon are also now being charged extra fees.

FBA (Fulfilled By Amazon) service fees (based on order fulfillment centers):
• Labeling Fee
• Polybagging Fee
• Bubble wrap Fee
• Taping Fee
• Opaque Bagging Fee
• Repackaging Fee
• Warehousing monthly storage fees (sales or nor sales)
• Vendors pays shipping to Amazon
• Vendors pays Shipping from Amazon, back to the Vendor when Amazon cuts back on their inventory of items that does not sell.

So we will not be a seller on Amazon marketplace, from April 14, 2019.

Customers still can buy our books from Amazon at their selling price.
