So, i had an emergent rush request and had never worked with this company. They jumped into action and tried to accommodate me. Yes, i had to pay a high rush fee but had no choice. Communication was clear and easy and they made it happen. When i saw an image of the plastic product i saw runner marks so i had to go grab product and pull out as many as i could but the overall product we were able to pull enough to make it work. They were willing to take them back but i paid in full for them because they worked so hard to get it done in like 48hours and their willingness to do whatever it took showed a lot. Definitely would work with them again.
