⭐Great news! Oregon Lifeline savings just increased. 🎉🥳

Qualifying households may now save up to $24.25/month on internet service through the Oregon Lifeline program.

Lifeline is a government assistance program designed to help eligible households stay connected to essential services like internet access for school, work, healthcare, communication, and everyday life.

If you participate in programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance, Veterans Pension benefits, or meet certain income guidelines, you may qualify.

We highly encourage anyone who thinks they may be eligible to apply. Even a little extra savings each month can make a big difference.

As of approximately 6:38pm we’re experiencing an internet outage. Looks to be out of our network. I’ll post more information as it becomes available. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Update as of 7.05pm
Issue is out of network and they’re working to isolate the issue somewhere above the Eugene area.

Update as of 8.33pm
Issue has been isolated to the Junction City area and a crash which has caused power issues in that area. No estimated time for service to be restored but I would assume it will be well into the evening best case. Again we apologize for the inconvenience.

Update as of 9.15pm
To clarify this turned out to be a multiple issue outage. Started with a fiber cut to our uplink providers south bound route earlier in the day. Then the car accident and power outage to the north bound route later in the evening. Once one of those routes is restored service will come back online.

Update as of 6.40am
Internet service has been restored. Looks like everything came completely online around 1.33am. If you’re still having issues please contact the Elkton office at 541.584.2224 Thanks for your patience during this outage.
