Better late than never! 🎉 We finally got to celebrate Emplify Health in person at uPerForum Boulder for their 2025 uPlause Awards: Top Adopter and Top Platform Engagement by Cohort.

Two awards in one year is no small feat. When Emplify Health took on consolidating two Epic environments into one, their lean training team relied on uPerform Learning Pathways to deliver role-based education to thousands of users. They made uPerform part of how their combined organization learns and works, and their users showed up and engaged at every turn.

What does psychiatry have to do with a successful EHR go-live? More than you'd think.

On the latest episode of the Becker's Healthcare Podcast, Dr. Rhiannon Doherty, Director of Usability and Clinical Optimization at Baptist Health Jacksonville, sits down with Dr. Stephanie Lahr, Chief Medical Officer at uPerform, to talk about the Epic Secure Chat rollout and the psychiatric nurse practitioner's playbook Dr. Doherty used to get clinicians to actually adopt it.
